News broke this week that the world’s most expensive cognac would be going on sale in NYC with a price tag of $156,700 per bottle. The cognac is the single harvest 1858 Cognac Croizet, Cuvée Léonie, a cognac that was on the Titanic when it sank. According to Huff Post it was also the cognac Churchill and Eisenhower drank when planning the D-Day Landings.
Today we have for you something much more moderate in price, but still cognac in colour. It is Michael Antonio’s new Layton high heel which retails for only $55 from Zappos.
This wrapped 4.25 inch heel has narrow black piping at the top line which adds visual appeal. It has a synthetic upper with a manmade sole, and has a lightly cushioned footbed for comfort.
The shoe is also available in red (also $55 from Zappos).
