If there’s one thing we learned from last week’s People Choice Awards red carpet it’s that nude pumps are still very much in style. The trend showed up on celeb and fashionista feet a couple years ago and is still heavily in the mix. One after the other stars strutted down the carpet wearing pumps, peep-toes, platforms and sling-backs is various nude shades. The color worked well with the less formal dress code of the People’s Choice Awards. “Nude” is actually a blanket term that encompasses a number of shades of cream, taupe, beige, and mauve.
